Y5 & 6 Friendly Athletics Track FestivalStudents can take part in as many or as few events as they wish. Events will be run in heats. Each athlete will be provided with their own personal best record card to monitor their performance throughout the festival.
Events are 50M, 70M, 800M, 100M, 150M & 600M.
All schools should provide an official to act as a timer.
Please declare the amount of athletes attending to Pete Gwynn beforehand.

Y1 & 2 Athletics-based Multi-Skills FestivalMixed teams of 6 x Year 1 and 2 Boys and girls compete together in a range of activities for which they score points as a team. Each event is based on fundamental running, jumping or throwing skills. Each team that is entered will need a member of stuff to act as scorer / official for their team.
The event takes place outside. Please bring warm clothing if the weather is not sunny! A first aider will also be needed.

Y3 & 4 Quadkids Athletics CompetitionTeams of 4 (Separate boys teams / girls teams) compete in 50M sprint, Vortex Howler Throw, 400m Run, Long Jump & 4 x 50M Shuttle relay.
Points awarded for each athlete's peformance at every event and added together to find the winning team.
Each school should provide at least 1 member of staff to act as an official. A first aider should also be provided.

Angmering Cluster Kwik Cricket FestivalTeams (can be mixed if desired) of 8 players will bat for 5 x 6 ball overs. Players must retire at 12 runs, but can bat again if all other players are out. Wickets are 16 yards long. An incrediball will be used. Teams should provide their own bats (wooden or plastic) a set of Kwik Cricket stumps, score sheets and an incrediball.
Each team must have it's own umpire / scorer and each school should provide a first aider for their team.

Angmering Cluster Rounders FestivalMixed teams of 10 players will bat continuously for 10 minutes or until there have been "10 outs". Players can bat again despite having been out until a total of 10 outs have been achieved by the fielding team.
Teams should meet on the artificial cricket wicket on the back field at 3.45.
Teams should bring a minimum of 4 bats & provide their own umpire . scorer. A first aider should also be present.

Angmering Cluster Stoolball Festival Rules and DetailsRules, scoresheets and details for the Angmering Cluster Pairs Stoolball competition.
Matches are 6-a-side, and palyed in batting pairs (each bats for 2 overs. 6 x 6 ball overs are bowled and each fielder must bowl and act as wicketkeeper in turn, Teams should provide their own umpire / scorer & a first aider.

Angmering Cluster Key Steps Gymnastics Competition (Y3 & 4)Details about the competition in which 4 boys and 4 girls make up a team whiich will compete in floor and vault routines. Boy & girl competitors will be ranked fronm 1 - 4 and the scores of each will added to make a final team score. The winners and runners-up will go forwards to the Partnership final.
Competitors should not not undertake more than hour's training per week outside of the school environment. The routines can be practised at break and lunchtimes, at the end of lessons or at school gym club.
If schools are using community gym coaches to deliver gymnastics at their school, they are expected to enter the competition.
